    Hi, I am curious about the mention of subsidies for content creators. I’m a student (at Oxford) and a photographer – I’d love to come and take photos on one of your trips. How much is the subsidy; what image rights would you want; and would you provide professional insurance?

      Hi Flora,

      Thank you for your interest! We’re offering a £1000 subsidy towards the trip. For 16 days of full board accommodation, all transport, activities, and travel insurance, our media representatives will only need to pay £990 instead of the full £1990. That’s just £60 a day for all the inclusions listed above.

      The trip package includes travel insurance that covers loss, theft, or damage to personal items up to £250 per item, with a total coverage of up to £5000. If you need additional coverage for a specific item, we can explore upgrading the plan.

      We’d like to use the images royalty-free for digital purposes on our website and social media channels, in perpetuity. We can negotiate a lump sum payment with you for a set of images. You retain the rights to publish or license these images elsewhere, as we do not require exclusivity.

      Please consider joining the trip only if it genuinely interests you, independent of the media component, as this is not a fully paid professional assignment. We also reserve the right to decide on the purchase of royalty-free licenses for your images after reviewing them.
